The launch of enterprise voice for Skype for Business (SfB) with Cloud PBX and PSTN calling by Microsoft has led many organisations to explore whether it is time to move from multiple traditional PBX and other systems to one overall system based on SfB. This makes a lot sense especially if you are already using SfB in your Unified Communications (UC) environment.
